Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá hodnocením služeb organizace Ester z.s. samotnými klienty. Zaměřuje se na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek poskytování služeb ze strany klientů a doporučením pro zlepšení zjištěných problémových oblastí. K identifikaci stanovených cílů je využita kvalitativní metoda. Práce se dělí na teoretickou část, ve které popisuji organizaci Ester z.s., její poslání, cíle, cílovou skupinu a poskytované služby. Dále se zaměřuje na systém hodnocení kvality služeb v ČR a legislativní vymezení sociálních služeb. Druhá část práce je empirická, ve které je popsána metodologie, výzkumný vzorek a interpretace výzkumných dat podle výzkumných otázek.

Abstract:

Graduate thesis deals with the evaluation of the services of the organization Ester z.s. from, the view point of clients. It focuses on the identification of strengths and weaknesses of services from the view point of clients. It recommends possible improvements. The qualitative method is used to identify the objectives. The work is divided into a theoretical part in which I describe the organization Ester z.s., its mission, objectives, target group and the service provided. I describe the quality evaluation system of services in the Czech Republic, I mention the legislation of social services. The research part is formed by the description of the preparation and realization of the qualitative research, and by the interpretation of the data analysis.
