Recruitment and selection of foreign workers in Switzerland
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve Švýcarsku se zaměřením na sektor gastronomie, zrealizovat analýzu této problematiky ve vybraných stravovacích a ubytovacích zařízeních v kantonu Graubünden a naformulovat opatření, postřehy a podněty pro efektivnější získávání a výběr zahraničních pracovníků ve Švýcarsku.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyse the theoretical background of the issue of recruitment and selection of employees in Switzerland with a focus on the catering sector in selected catering and accommodation establishments in the canton of Graubünden and to formulate measures, observations and suggestions for more effective recruitment and selection of foreign workers in Switzerland.
