Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou proměny české vesnice, a to na příkladu obce Němčice. Cílem práce je analýza vlivu významného nárůstu počtu obyvatel obce na její další rozvoj a fungování, se zaměřením na kvalitu bydlení, sociální vztahy a životní styl obyvatel obce jako celku. The thesis deals with the problems of changes of the Czech village, namely on the example of the village of Němčice. The paper aims to analyze the influence of the significant increase in population of the village on its further development and functioning; it focuses on the quality of housing, social relations and lifestyle of the inhabitants of the village as a whole.
