SW analysis of family company Dubea s.r.o.
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na analýzu silných a slabých stránek rodinného podniku Dubea s.r.o. Podnik se zabývá výrobou a prodejem tradičního českého medového perníku. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je důkladně analyzovat a poté zhodnotit současný stav podniku, definovat silné a slabé stránky a navrhnout řešení slabých stránek, které povedou ke zlepšení fungování podniku.
Abstract:
In this thesis I have focused on the analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the family company Dubea Ltd. This enterprise is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of the traditional Czech honey gingerbread. ¨ The main objective of the work is to thoroughly analyse and consequently assess the current state of the enterprise as well as to define its strengths and weaknesses and to propose weaknesses …more
