A small history of corporeality: Art of Eva Kmentová in the architecture of the 60s and 70s
Abstract:
Anotace Cílem této práce je analýza vybraných realizací Evy Kmentové v architektuře, v kontextu skupiny Trasa, umění 60. a 70. let a v kontextu socialistického realismu. Tato práce také ukazuje fungování výtvarných soutěží a jejich „kulturního managementu“ a financování výtvarných děl ve spolupráci výtvarného umělce s architektem.
Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this thesis is the analysis of selected sculptures of Eva Kmentová in architecture, in the context of the group Trasa, art in 60´s and 70´s and in the context of socialist realism. Thesis also shows function of art competitions and its „culture management“ in the context of fine arts funding in colaboration of artist with architect.
