Using outcomes of benchmarking in Pelhřimov town
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na uplatnění benchmarkingu, jako metody řízení kvality ve veřejné správě. První část charakterizuje benchmarking a jeho vývoj, druhy, postupy a etiku. Ve druhé části práce je popsáno řízení kvality ve veřejné správě České republiky. Třetí část se věnuje praktickému vyžití výsledků benchmarkingu ve městě Pelhřimov.

Bachelor's thesis is targeting the application of benchmarking as a strategy of quality management in the Public Service of Czech Republic. First section characterizes benchmarking and its progression, sorts, procedures and ethics. In the second section is described quality management in the Public Service of Czech Republic.
