Current labor market problems in the selected region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou současné situace na trhu práce a problematikou nezaměstnanosti v Klatovském regionu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce je popsán trh práce a jeho segmentace, nabídka a poptávka po práci či substituční a důchodový efekt. Práce se zabývá také lidským kapitálem na trhu práce a nezaměstnaností. Je zde také popsána role pracovního úřadu. Praktická část se soustředí na okres Klatovy. Charakterizuje významná města tohoto regionu, demografii, školství i průmysl. Jsou zde zmíněny také významní zaměstnavatele v tomto regionu. Součástí této části je grafické znázornění vývoje nezaměstnanosti na Klatovsku a odůvodnění jejich vývoje. Je zde také uveden názor na tuto problematiku jedné ze zaměstnankyň Úřadu práce v Klatovech získaný z rozhovoru. V závěru této práce se nachází shrnutí získaných poznatků a drobná doporučení vedoucí k vylepšení tohoto regionu

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the current situation of the labor market and problems of unemployment in the Klatovy region. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the labor market and its segmentation, supply and demand for labor or the substitution and income effect. The work also deals with human capital in the labor market and unemployment. The role of the employment office is also described here. The practical part focuses on the district of Klatovy. It characterizes important cities in this region, demography, education and industry. Major employers in the region are also mentioned here. Part of this part is a graphical representation of the development of unemployment in the Klatovy region and justification of their development. There is also an opinion on this issue from one of the employees of employment office in Klatovy obtained from the interview. At the end of this work is a summary of findings and small recommendations for future improvings in this region.
