Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak motivace ovlivňuje pracovní proces v hotelu InterContinental. Přínosem práce je pomocí výzkumu zjistit, jaké zaměstnanecké benefity opravdu mohou zlepšit jejich výkonnost a přístup k práci a prověřit hypotézu, že zaměstnanci preferují finanční bonusy před ostatními. The aim of my Bachelor's thesis is to find out how motivation impacts on the working process at the InterContinental Hotel.
