The bachelor thesis concerns with the impact of the corporate culture on motivation of employees. The thesis aims at specifying the corporate culture of a chosen company (specifically at the assessment of its power) and its influence on employees. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá podnikovou kultúrou a jej vplyvom na motiváciu zamestnancov. Cieľom práce je špecifikácia podnikovej kultúry vybraného podniku (konkrétne sa jedná o stanovenie jej sily) a určenie jej vplyvu na motiváciu zamestnancov.
