Life prospects of girls learving the educational institute.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ?Životní perspektivy dívek opouštějící výchovný ústav? se věnuje dívkám umístěným ve výchovných ústavech a jejich přípravě na odchod a další život. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem osobností dívek a systémem, ve kterém tráví část svého života. V práci jsem se věnoval také poruchám chování, které jsou jednou z příčin umístění dívek do výchovných ústavů a ovlivňují tak jejich další život. Dále se práce zabývá osobou vychovatele, který částečně ovlivňuje další život dívek. Je popsán také odchod dívek ze zařízení a možnosti dívek při uplatnění na trhu práce. Pozornost je věnována problému budoucího bydlení po opuštění ústavního zařízení. V praktické části se formou kvalitativního výzkumu zjišťuje pohled dívek na svůj odchod ze zařízení. Výzkum je prováděn jak s dívkami, tak s pracovníky, kteří jsou u dívek. Na problematiku je nahlíženo ze dvou úhlů pohledu.

Abstract:

The following thesis titled Life Views and Perspectives of Adolescent Girls Leaving Juvenile Behavior Correctional Facilities is dedicated to adolescent females placed in correctional institutions, and specifically to the level of preparedness for their departure and life beyond. The theoreotical overview of this paper examines adolescent females? psychological development and its relationship to multiple factors kindled by their physical environment. It also discusses emotional/behavioral disorders. Often accounting for one of many reasons for correctional facility placement, emotional or behavioral disorders pose a great influence on young adult females? lives. Additionally this paper highlights the role of a behavioral correction instructor, who partly affects the juvenile girls? future. The departure of young adult females from the facility and their future employment opportunities are also discussed. Special attention is placed on the housing problem that arises after young adult females leave the facilities. The applied research analysis describes the qualitative research method used to identify perspectives that young adult females adopt after leaving correctional facilities. Research was done with both the female participants and their instructors. The issue is evaluated from dual perspectives.
