Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Výkaznictví nájmu nemovitostí dle ČÚS a IFRS 16 je rozdělena na 3 části. První část teoretické části se zaobírá českou účetní legislativou v oblasti dlouhodobého majetku a leasingu. Konkrétně rozdělené a popsané jednotlivé druhy leasingu, finanční leasing, operativní leasing a zpětný leasing. Ve druhé části teoretické práce je popsaný a rozdělený standard IFRS 16. Konkrétněji jednotlivé druhy leasingu a pravidla účetních výkazů. A ve třetí části konkrétně poukazuji na rozdíly v počítání finančních ukazatelů.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis Real estate rental reporting according to CAS and IFRS 16 is divided into three parts. First part of the theoretical part deals with Czech accounting legislation in the field of fixed assets and leasing. Different types of leasing, financial lease, operating lease, and leaseback are categorized and described. In the second part of the theoretical part, the IFRS 16 standard is described and categorized, specifically the lease types and financial statement rules. And in the third part, I specifically point out the specific differences in the calculation of financial indicators.
