Diplomová práce je věnována disciplinárnímu řízení na vysokých školách. Zasazuje toto řízení do kontextu správního trestání jako celku a věnuje se jeho vztahům s jinými formami trestání. Práce poskytuje komplexní analýzu disciplinárního řízení, včetně pramenů jeho úpravy, jednotlivých disciplinárních orgánů a vztahů mezi nimi, jakož i vlastního průběhu řízení. The diploma thesis is dedicated to disciplinary proceedings at universities. It establishes these proceedings in the context of administrative sanctioning and examines their relation to other forms of sanctioning.
