Craniocerebral injuries in prehospital care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má název Kraniocerebrální poranění v přednemocniční péči. V bakalářské práci se zabývám poraněními hlavy a mozku. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií lebky a mozku, vyšetřeními, terapií a komplikacemi. Výzkumnou část jsem zaměřil na statistické zhodnocení kraniocerebrálních poranění na záchranné službě. Metodikou pro výzkumnou část se stala retrospektivní studie, kterou jsem použil u zpracovávání dokumentace z výjezdových karet jedné zdravotnické záchranné služby. Zkoumaný soubor tvořili výjezdové karty z celého roku 2009, které splňovali určená kritéria pro zařazení do souboru.

Abstract:

The name of this Bachelor´s work is "Craniocerebral injuries at pre-hospital care". In this work I´m dealing with head and brain injuries. The work is dividend into two parts. In the theoretical part I´m dealing with anatomy of skull and brain, investigation, therapy and complications. I focused the investigative part on statistic evaluation of the craniocerebral injuries at rescue service. Methodics for the investigative part is the retrospective essay that I used at the documentation processing from the dispatch cards of a medical rescue service. The file under examination was created by the dispatch cards from all the year 2009 which fulfilled given criteria for submission into file.
