Diplomová práce se zabývá exekucemi v českém právním řádu. Jejím cílem je prostřednictvím komparace úprav exekuce správní a občanskoprávní najít a identifikovat jednotlivé rozdílnosti jak v zákonných úpravách, tak v jejich výkladu a užití v aplikační praxi. Diploma thesis is focusing executions in Czech legal order. Its goal is to identify particular differences between them regarding legislation, doctrinal interpretation and judicial practice. Thesis begins with a short description of execution in general and their history. It continues with an explanation on differences of particular forms of executions and their distinctions.
