Abstract:

HURTOVÁ,M. Zavádění standardů kvality sociální péče v Domově sociálních služeb Slatiňany. Brno: Pedagogická fakulta Masarykovy univerzity, 2009. Bakalářská práce. Předkládaná bakalářská práce zpracovává aktuální tématiku zavádění standardů kvality sociálních služeb, zaměřenou na standard č.2 Ochrana práv uživatelů, v konkrétním zařízení. Cílem teoretické práce je specifikace a konkretizace terminologické problematiky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na nový zákon 108/2006 Sb., v platném znění o sociálních službách dle platných předpisů,na standardy sociálních služeb dle vyhlášky 505/2006 Sb.m,v platném znění, dále pak na terminologii, legislativu, definice a klasifikaci jedinců s mentálním postižením, z pohledu různých autorů. Výzkumná část mapuje Domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením v Pardubickém kraji s názvem Domov sociálních služeb Slatiňany (dále jen DSS Slatiňany). Analyzuje dokumenty a materiály o tomto zařízení a následně komparuje současný stav v rámci naplňování standardů kvality sociálních služeb. Cílem práce je zmapovat naplňování Standardů kvality sociálních služeb v DSS Slatiňany, v souladu s novým zákonem o sociálních službách, se zaměřením na ochranu práv osob žijících v tomto domově. Závěry z této bakalářské práce budou využity pro potřeby managementu Domova sociálních služeb Slatiňany, které mne oslovilo s požadavkem o provedení vnějšího auditu v rámci mé práce , který má být zaměřen právě na ochranu práv osob. Předkládaná bakalářská práce je v rozsahu 12 661 slov.

HURTOVÁ, M. Standards of Social Services in the House of Social Services Slatiňany. Brno: Faculty of education MU, 2009. Bachelors Work. The following bachelors work covers an actual theme of quality of social services standards implementation, focusing on standard no. 2 Clients´ right protection, in particular facility. The goal of my theoretical work is specification and concretization of terminological problematics. Theoretical part of my work is focused on the new law 108/2006 Sb., as amended on social services according to applicable regulations, standards of social services according to Sb.m Decree 505/2006, as amended, as well as the terminology, legislation, the definition and classification of individuals with mental disabilities, from the perspective of different authors. Research part of the work maps the home for people with disabilities in the Pardubice region called Slatiňany Home Social Services (hereinafter DSS Slatiňany). It analyzes the documents and materials on this device and then compares current status in implementing the standards of quality social services. The aim of the project is to map the fulfillment of quality standards for social services in the DSS Slatiňany, in line with the new law on social services, focusing on the protection of the rights of people living in this home. Findings from this work will be used for the purposes of management of social services Home Slatiňany that I was addressed by, with the requirement to carry out an external audit in the context of my work to be aimed precisely to protect the rights of persons. This bachelor work is in the range of 12 661 words.
