Abstract:
Kutek, M. Regenerace a kompenzace hokejistů, bakalářská práce. Brno: MU, 2006, 51 s. Práce se zabývá regenerací a kompenzačním cvičením u hráčů ledního hokeje. Charakterizuje sportovní disciplínu z hlediska jejího zatížení na organismus a shrnuje poznatky používané v praxi o možných způsobech a možnostech regenerace po výkonu a následné kompenzaci některých nevhodných projevech zátěže.
