Epigenetics of nucleolus
Abstract:
Jadérko je nápadná nemembránová struktura nedělícího se jádra, která se na počátku interfáze formuje okolo genů, zodpovídajících za syntézu ribozomální RNA. Cílem této práce je shrnout základní poznatky o transkripci ribozomálních genů a o regulaci tohoto procesu.
Abstract:
Nucleolus is noticeable nonmembrane structure of non-dividing nucleus which is formed in the early interphase around genes resposible for rRNA sythesis. The aim of this bachelors thesis is to sum up general knowledge about transcription of ribosomal genes and about regulation of this process.
