The Analysis of Care about Employees and the Impact of the Act No. 218/2002 Coll. on the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Analýza péče o zaměstnance a dopady Zákona o státní službě na zaměstnance Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu. Za pomoci provedené analýzy problematiky péče o zaměstnance patřící do personální oblasti , jsou získány teoretické poznatky, které jsou v praktické části srovnány s aktuálním stavem péče o zaměstnance na Ministerstvu. Prostřed- nictvím doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení jsou předloženy náměty, vedoucí k možnému zefektivnění práce a zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V práci je rozebírán chystaný Zákon o státní službě č. 218/2002 Sb. , upravující postavení úředníků ve státní správě. Tento zákon je konfrontován se současným stavem personální politiky na Ministerstvu a následně jsou předloženy možné dopady tohoto zákona na personální činnosti. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení práce a významu péče o zaměstnance.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the analysis of care about employees and the impact of the Service Act on the Ministry of Industry and Trade employees. Thanks to a performed analysis of care about employees, which is part of the Human Resources, there were gathered theoretical data which are then compared in a practical part with a current state of employee care at the Ministry. There are offered impulses through proposals and suggestions, which might possibly lead to a more effective way of work and also to a higher level of satisfaction of employees. Moreover, the work deals with forthcoming Act No. 218/2002 Coll., which adjusts position of clerks in government service. The Act is then confronted with a current state of personal politics at the Ministry and there are consequently delivered possible impacts of the Act on personal activities. In the conclusion, the work is evaluated and there is also assessed the significance of care about employees.
