Abstract:
Flavonoidy představují skupinu látek, které patří mezi rostlinné fenoly. Aktuálně přesahuje počet známých flavonoidních látek hodnotu 4000, a neustále jich přibývá. V různých druzích rostlin se flavonoidy vyskytují částečně volně a částečně ve formě glykosidů. Flavonoids represent a group of substances that belong to plant phenols. Currently, the number of known flavonoid substances exceeds 4000, and they are constantly increasing. In various plant species, flavonoids occur partly free and partly in the form of glycosides.
