Předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o faktorech ovlivňujících zaměstnaneckou spokojenost v malé rodinné společnosti. The presented bachelor thesis deals with the factors influencing employee satisfaction in a small family company. The researched factors are motivation, reward, need of vocational education and development, and work environment. These are defined and measured for the purposes of the thesis objectives.
