Tato práce si klade za cíl podat soubor ucelených historických okolností o lidové hudbě a o lidových tradicích spojených s jižní Moravou, s nimiž se velmi úzce pojí dechová a cimbálová hudba. V práci jsou zahrnuty informace o vývoji působení dechových a cimbálových kapel, a také přehled nejznámějších dechových orchestrů, které působí na Břeclavsku. This thesis aims to present comprehensive historic background for folk music and folk traditions connected to Southern Moravia, which are very closely connected to brass and dulcimer music.
