Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku trestních sankcí v novém trestním zákoníku. V úvodu je zmíněn historický vstup do problematiky , základní teorie trestání, pojem a účel trestních sankcí. Hlavní část práce je věnována zásadám pro ukládání trestních sankcí a systému trestních sankcí . This bachelor thesis describes the difficulties of criminal sanctions in the new Criminal Code. The introduction mentions the historical entrance to the problems, the basic theory of punishment, the concept and purpose of criminal sanctions.
