Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o řízení o přestupcích. Zprvu popisuje vývoj tohoto řízení a poté plynule přechází v analýzu jeho základních institutů a zásad. Věnuje se také vzájemnému vztahu zákona č. 200/1990 Sb., o přestupcích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a zákona č. 500/2004 Sb., správní řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, jelikož oba tyto zákony řízení o přestupcích upravují. This diploma thesis deals with the administrative delict proceeding. At first it describes the development of the procedure and then flows into the analysis of its basic institutions and principles.
