Práce se v počátku zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmu dlouhodobý investiční majetek. Dále vysvětluje pojem současné hodnoty cash flow včetně jeho výpočtu. Ve své hlavní části se zabývá predikcí peněžních toků vyvolaných investicí v jejích jednotlivých životních fázích a popisuje způsob, jakým je odhadovat. Abstract:
The beginning of the thesis is focused on explanation of the fixed asset concept. The thesis continues with explaining the concept of cash flow net present value and its calculation. The main part is dealing with prediction of cash flow raised by investment in particular phases of its life cycle and describes, how to estimate them.
