Catering servises in shopping centers

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá gastronomickými službami v nákupních centrech v Českých Budějovicích. Zaměřil jsem se na dvě nákupní centra, které se nacházejí v tomto městě. Cílem mé práce bylo zhodnocení gastronomických provozoven v těchto centrech, vyhodnocení jejich kladných a záporných stránek a hlavní důvody k jejich návštěvě. Zabýval jsem se všemi provozovnami, které se v uvedených nákupních centech nacházejí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii gastronomie, její rozvoj, rozdělení gastronomických podniků dle EUROSTATU. Dále na formy společenského stravování, podmínky pro podnikání v gastronomii. Ve druhé části popisuji základní podmínky pro podnikání a provozování gastronomických podniků v nákupních centrech. Představuji první nákupní centrum jako celek, dále pak jeho kladné a záporné stránky. Popisuji poté provozy, které jsou v tomto centru umístěny. Dále stejnou formou popisuji i druhé nákupní centrum. Použil jsem analýzu SWOT pro vyhodnocení silných a slabých stránek těchto dvou nákupních center a také na vyhodnocení příležitostí a hrozeb. Gastronomické podniky hodnotím na základě svého šetření. V návrhové části vyhodnocuji podniky, které jsou nejvíce vyhledávané a oblíbené. Jaká klientela je nejvíce navštěvuje a proč. V závěrečné části uvádím náměty na zlepšení a zvýšení návštěvnosti gastronomických podniků v nákupních centrech. Uvádím i jakých chyb se dle mého názoru nejčastěji setkáváme v těchto podnicích.

Abstract:

This work deals with the culinary services in shopping centers in the Czech Budejovice. I focused on two shopping centers that are located in this city. The aim of this work was to evaluate gastronomic establishments in these centers, assessing their strengths and weaknesses and the main reason for their visit. I dealt with all the facilities that are listed in the shopping cents are. The theoretical part is focused on the history of gastronomy, its development division catering companies according to EUROSTAT. In addition to the forms of social catering, business conditions in gastronomy. The second section describes the basic conditions for business operation and catering businesses in shopping centers. Introducing the first shopping center as a whole, as well as its positive and negative aspects. Then describe plants that are located in this city. Furthermore, in the same form and describe the second shopping center. I used a SWOT analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of these two shopping centers and also to evaluate opportunities and threats. Catering companies are on the basis of its investigation. In the design of enterprises evaluate which are the most sought after and popular. What clientele is the most visited and why. In the final part, the suggestions for improvement and increase traffic to catering businesses in shopping centers. I mention the mistakes in my opinion most commonly encountered in these enterprises.
