Abstract:
Absolventská práce se věnuje činnosti probační a mediační služby v trestním řízení. Jejím cílem je rozdělit činnosti probační a mediační služby v trestním řízení s dospělými a mladistvými pachateli, dále uvést příklady probačních a mediačních programů. To vše za pomoci studia právní úpravy, literatury a dalších zdrojů.
Abstract:
The graduate thesis deals with the activities of the probation and mediation service in criminal proceedings. Its aim is to divide the activities of the probation and mediation service in criminal proceedings with adult and juvenile offenders, as well as to provide examples of probation and mediation programs. All this with the help of the study of legislation, literature and other sources.
