Visual smog in terms of information ecology
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje fenoménu vizuálního smogu v kontextu historického vývoje vizuální kultury. Zabývá se proměnou postavení obrazu v historii lidstva a směřuje k odhalení jeho vlivu na současnou konzumní společnost. Zároveň se pokouší stanovit funkce, které jedinec zastává v souvislosti s problematikou vizuálního smogu.
Abstract:
This work attends to phenomenon of visual smog in context of historical evolution of visual culture. It deals with transformation of picture in history of mankind and is oriented to reveal influence of picture on present consumer society. At the same time this work tries to find out, what functions an individual has in terms of the visual smog.
