Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce byla příprava substrátu na bázi zlata a stříbra a následně jejich testování v oblasti povrchem zesílené Ramanově spektroskopii. Jako substráty byly použity koloidní částice stříbra a zlata o různých velikostech, dále tenké vrstvy částic stříbra připravené chemickou redukcí a sonochemickou metodou. Abstract:
The aim of thesis was to prepare substrates based on silver and gold and their testing for Raman enhanced spectroscopy purposes. As substrates were exploited colloidal silver and gold particles with different sizes, a thin layer of silver particles prepared by chemical and sonochemical reduction method.
