Work safety at Černá Hora brewery

Abstract:

V této práci je popsána bezpečnost práce v pivovaru v Černé Hoře. Cílem mojí bakalář-ské práce je zhodnocení situace bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pivovaru. Dal-ším cílem je porovnání nákladů, které se poskytují na bezpečnost práce, s částkami, které se poskytují jako odškodnění za pracovní úrazy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny nejdůležitější právní předpisy související s touto problematikou, poté následují druhy pracovních úrazů a jejich možné odškodnění. Praktická část obsahuje vývoj úrazovosti v podniku, na který je práce za-měřena, a na to navazuje modelový příklad odškodnění pracovního úrazu a modelové vyčíslení nákladů na bezpečnost práce za uplynulý rok. Závěrem bylo zhodnocení nej-větších nákladů na bezpečnost práce, a jestli se tyto položky podniku vyplácí.

Abstract:

This work describes the safety of work in the brewery in Černá Hora. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the situation of safety and health at work in the brewery. Another objective is to compare the costs that are provided for occupational safety with the amounts provided as compensation for accidents at work. The thesis is divided into two parts, part theoretical and part practical. In the theoretical part are presented the most important legal regulations related to this issue, followed by types of work injuries and their possible compensation. The practical part deals with the development of acci-dent rates in the company that the work is focused on, followed by a model example of compensation of the work accident and the modeling of the cost of safety at work for the past year. In conclusion was the appreciation of the greatest cost of labor safety, and whether these items are paid out.
