Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Motivační programy a jejich uplatnění v podniku“ je analýza motivace a motivačního programu ve společnosti Brandwin s.r.o. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní teorie a postupy motivace nejenom v pracovním prostředí. Praktická část představuje společnost Brandwin s.r.o. ve které pomocí dotazníkového šetření byl zkoumán aktuální stav a spokojenost zaměstnanců se společností a motivačním programem. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům, opatřením a doporučením pro vylepšení případně zavedení motivačního programu.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Motivation Programs and Their Application in the Enterprise" is the analysis of motivation and motivation program in he company Brandwin s.r.o. The theoretical part defines basic theories and procedures of motivation not only in the working environment. The practical part is presented by Brandwin s.r.o. in which, using a questionnaire survey, the current status and satisfaction of employees with the company and the motivational program were examined. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to suggestions, measures and recommendations for improvement or introduction of motivation program.
