Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was studying of specific interactions (intercalation) of quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloid (QBA) chelirubine with different DNA structures by using fluorescence spectroscopy. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo štúdium špecifickej interakcie (interkalácie) kvartérneho benzo[c]fenanthridinového alkaloidu (KBA) chelirubinu s rôznymi štruktúrami DNA pomocou fluorescenčnej spektroskopie. Stabilita komplexov KBA chelirubinu s DNA sa porovnala vďaka vypočítaným asociačným konštantám.
