Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zjišťuje možné faktory, které napomáhají vzniku syndromu vyhoření u pomáhající profese asistentů pedagoga působících v mateřských školách speciálních v regionu Praha. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část vymezuje na základě odborné literatury poznatky o syndromu vyhoření – jeho historii, definici, příznaky, příčiny, fáze procesu, diagnostiku a možnosti prevence. Součástí této kapitoly je i téma psychohygieny. Dále se práce věnuje profesi asistenta pedagoga – jeho náplni práce, aspektům, které přímo ovlivňují tuto profesi a legislativní zakotvení v předškolním vzdělávání škol zřízených dle § 16 odst. 9 školského zákona při práci s dětmi se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Teoretická část bakalářské práce slouží jako východisko pro zpracování výzkumného šetření. Praktická část práce je tvořena vlastním kvalitativním výzkumem pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s asistenty pedagoga pracujících v mateřských školách speciálních na území hlavního města Prahy. Výsledky výzkumu budou vyhodnoceny a následně kodifikovány. Na závěr bude uvedeno doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with factors influencing the emergence of burnout syndrome in helping professions such as assistant teachers working in special nursery schools in the region of Prague. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is defined according to an academic literature and compiles knowledge related to burnout syndrome – its historic background, definition, symptoms, causes, phases, diagnosis and prevention. The topic of mental health is also included. The thesis also concentrates on the requirements of the assistant teacher‘s profession and aspects directly influencing this profession, as well as legislative prerequisits of qualification for working in special nursery schools founded according to § 16 paragraph 9 law 561/2004 amid kids with special educational needs. The theoretical part serves as resource for empiric research. The practical part includes own qualitative research derived from nonstandard questionaires and semi-structured interviews with assistant teachers who work in the special nursery schools in the main city of Prague. Results of the research are evaluated and consecutively codified. The recommendations are presented in the conlusion of this thesis.
