Motivation of entrepreneurs to use supporting programs

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Motivace podnikatelů k využívání podpůrných programů“ je analýza a zhodnocení rozhodování podnikatelů v České Republice využívat nebo nevyužívat finanční prostředky z různých podpůrných programů, jejich hodnocení postupů a kroků nutných k získání těchto prostředků.V praktické části jsou shrnuta výjádření organizací CzechInvest a Cyrrus Advisory k dané problematice a je provedem průzkum motivace pomocí dotazníkových šetření, která poukazují na fakt, že příliš velká administrativní zátěž a nelogičnost procesu získání podpory je hlavní příčinou nízké motivace podnikatelů o podporu zkusit žádat nebo o ni žádat znovu ať už podnikatelé byli nebo nebyli v minulosti úspěšnými žadateli.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted thesis „Motivation of entrepreneurs to use supporting programs“ is analysis and evaluation of Czech republic entrepreneurs' decision process related to deriving benefits from various supporting programs and their rating of methods and steps needed to get to these sources. In the practical part of the thesis there is a summary of discussion with Czech organisations CzechInvest and Cyrrus Advisory about this issue. Motivation is researched using questionnaires which point to the fact that too heavy administrative load and non-logicality of the process to get the support is the main cause of low motivation of entrepreneurs to attempt application for the support or to apply repeatedly no matter whether they have or have not been successful applicants in the past.
