Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je ?Poradenství jako sociální služba?. Práce se zaměřuje na popis odborného sociálního poradenství. Jejím hlavním cílem je snaha o přiblížení jednotlivých druhů sociálního poradenství podle zákona o sociálních službách se všemi jeho důležitými součástmi, které se v praxi poraden objevují a využívají. Práce má teoretický charakter a je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. Teoretická část vychází z literatury v oblasti sociální práce, sociálního poradenství, psychoterapie a z literatury věnované sociálním službám. Je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu poradenství, dále je poradenství vymezeno vzhledem k blízkým oborům. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány historii a legislativní úpravě tohoto typu sociální služby, dělení poradenství podle různých kritérií, poradenskému procesu, teoriím a metodám využívaným v sociálním poradenství, poradnám poskytujícím sociální poradenství a zajištění kvality poradenství v sociálních službách. Poslední část je pro názornost doplněna o dva případy z praxe poradenského zařízení, které poskytuje odborné sociální poradenství, na nichž se snažím ukázat průběh poradenského procesu v praxi.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is ?Counselling as social service?. This thesis focus on describing professional social counselling. The aim is to approximate the types of social counselling according to social service law with all its important parts, whitch appeared and are used in practice. This work is divided into eight chapters and they retain a theoretical charakter. Theoretical part is based on literature concerned about social work, social counselling, psychotherapy and literature about social services. This thesis is focused to settle the definition of counselling and concept counselling with near branches. Next chapters are devoted to history and legislation of this type of social service, dividing counselling on different conditions, counselling process, theories and methods of social counselling, clinics, which are focused on professional social counselling and quality assurance of social services. As an plasticity there are attached two examples from profession in counselling institution, which provide professional social counselling. I attempt to present practical use of counselling process.
