ABC C1 transportér patří do rozsáhlé skupiny ABC transportérů. Je známý svou úlohou v mnohočetné lékové rezistenci. Tato rezistence je velkou komplikací léčby nádorových onemocnění. Kromě toho se ABC C1 transportér ve velké míře vyskytuje u kmenových buněk. Tyto buňky se vyskytuj v hypoxickém prostředí a často musí čelit metabolické restrikci. Abstract:
ABC C1 transporter belongs into the wide group of ABC transporters. It is known for its role in a multidrug resistance. This resistance is a huge complication during the treatment of the cancer. Moreover ABC C1 transporter can be widely found in the stem cells. These cells can be found in a hypoxia environment and they often need to confront a metabolic restriction.
