Social support as one of the aspects of burnout syndrome prevention with social workers and workers in social services.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Sociální opora jako jeden z aspektů prevence syndromu vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách. Hlavním cílem práce je prozkoumat vnímání sociální opory sociálními pracovníky, respektive pracovníky v sociálních službách. Zda si uvědomují důležitost sociální opory a zda ji vnímají jako dostatečnou. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V první kapitole teoretické části je pozornost věnována pojmu syndrom vyhoření, jeho příznakům, faktorům vedoucím k jeho vzniku, fázím a možné prevenci cílené k odolnosti. Další kapitola se věnuje pojmu sociální opora, její definici, druhům, modelům a sociální síti coby zdroji sociální opory. Vzhledem k tématu této práce je v další kapitole prostor pro vymezení nároků na sociálního pracovníka a jeho komunikačních dovedností. Další kapitola se věnuje supervizi jako možnému preventivnímu nástroji. Je zde popsán pojem, význam, cíl a techniky supervize. Poslední kapitola se věnuje možnému nástroji prevence vyhoření Otevřenému dialogu. Obeznamuje s pojmem a metodou Otevřeného dialogu, klíčovými prvky a praxí s touto metodou v České republice. Výzkumná část se zabývá zkoumáním důležitosti a úrovně vnímání sociální opory u pracovníků působících v sociálních službách, a to v oblasti soukromé a profesní.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of Social support as one of the aspects of prevention of burnout syndrome among social workers and social service workers. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the perception of social support by social workers, respectively social service workers. Whether they are aware of the importance of social support and whether they perceive it as sufficient. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the concept of burnout syndrome, its symptoms, factors leading to its development, stages and possible prevention targeted at resilience. The next chapter deals with the concept of social support, its definition, types, models and social network, as a sources of social support. Due to the topic of this thesis, the following chapter provides space for defining the requirements for a social worker and communication skills. The next chapter focused on supervision as a possible preventive tool. The concept, meaning, objective and techniques of supervision are described here. The last chapter deals with the possible tool for preventing burnout, Open Dialogue. It introduces the concept and method of Open dialogue, its key elements and the practice of this method in the Czech Republic. The research part deals with examining the importance and level of perception of social support among workers in social services, both in the private and professional areas.
