Compilation of a managerial performance report for a fitness center

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sestavení manažerské výsledovky pro konkrétní společnost. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána na problematika členění nákladu a vymezen pojem výnosy. V práci jsou také uvedeny různé druhy manažerských výsledovek a rozdílné měření zisku. Praktické část je zaměřena na představení analyzované společnosti. Následně jsou představeny a rozděleny nákladové položky společnosti. V závěru práce je sestavena manažerská výsledovka.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on creating a managerial performance report for a specific company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the issue of cost allocation and defines the concept of revenue. The thesis also presents various types of managerial performance reports and different methods of profit measurement. The practical part is centred around introducing the analysed company. Subsequently, the cost items of the company are presented and categorized. In the conclusion of the thesis, a managerial performance report is compiled.
