The issue of debt management in the enterprise PELA, Ltd.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce "problematika řízení pohledávek ve společnosti PELA, s. r. o." se zabývá analýzou a zhodnocením systému řízení pohledávek ve společnosti. Pohledávky a jejich efektivní řízení jsou v dnešním světě obchodu nezbytnou nutností. Práci je možné rozdělit do dvou částí. V první části se zaobírám teorií finanční analýzy se zaměřením na řízení pohledávek a teorií řízení pohledávek. V úvodu druhé části se věnuji charakteristice firmy PELA, s. r. o. a základním údajům o společnosti včetně historie. Následně potom aplikuji teoretické poznatky na analýzu finančních ukazatelů, analýzu pohledávek společnosti a jejich řízení, vývoj a klasifikaci. Vývoj Pohledávek analyzuji z hlediska místa vzniku a z hlediska doby splatnosti. V závěru práce uvádím zhodnocení analýzy, vliv na finanční situaci firmy a návrh doporučení pro zefektivnění řízení pohledávek.

Abstract:

The thesis "The issue of debt management in the enterprise PELA, Ltd." engages analysis and evaluation of dept management in the company. Active debts and their effective management in today's business world are necessary. The work can be divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the theory of financial analysis related to debt management and debt management theories. In the beginning of the second part I characterize the company PELA, Ltd. and basic information about the company, including history. Afterwards I apply the theoretical knowledge to analyze financial indicators, analysis of claims companies and their management, development and classification. Development of debts I analyze in angles of location and in angles of terms of expiration. In the conclusion to the thesis I present evaluation analysis, the impact on the financial situation of the company and proposal of recommendations for more effective management of debts.
