COMPETENCE of the EARLY INTERVENTION SOCIAL WORKER.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá kompetencemi pracovníka v rané péči. V první části práce je popsán profil poradce rané péče. Představena jsou také teoretická východiska z oblasti postojů, znalostí a dovedností poradců. Poté následuje prezentace výsledků výzkumného šetření, jehož cílem je popsat a interpretovat, jak poradce rané péče reflektuje své profesní kompetence.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the competences of an early intervention worker. The first part of the thesis describes the profile of the early intervention consultant. The theoretical background of counsellors´ attitudes, knowledge and skills is also presented. This is followed by a presentation of the results of a research investigation.
