Analysis of the inside and outside image of the "Dům dětí a mládeže Třebechovice pod Orebem"

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá pojmem image Domu dětí a mládeže Třebechovice pod Orebem. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Jedná se o analýzu vnější a vnitřní image organizace. Data jsou získána vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením mezi uživateli služeb Domu dětí a mládeže a jejich rodiči a standardizovanými rozhovory se zaměstnanci DDM a anketou mezi představiteli města.

Abstract:

This work deals with the concept of the image of children and youth under Trebechovice Orebem. This work is divided into two parts. It is an analysis of external and internal image of the organization. The data obtained are independent questionnaire survey among users of the service of children and youth and their parents and standardized interviews with employees of DDM and inquiry among city officials.
