Stakeholder analysis

Abstract:

The subject of the master thesis “Stakeholder analysis” is the analysis of stakeholders, their interests and expectations in a particular company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with company strategy and focuses mainly on definition of stakeholders and determination of their importance. The attention is then shifted towards steps of stakeholder analysis and its importance to company activities. The concrete company and its strategy for chosen product portfolio is presented in the practical part of the thesis. Following this introduction the stakeholder analysis in the chosen product portfolio is carried out. The aim of this analysis is to identify and analyze interests and expectations of individual stakeholders in the chosen product segment. The benefits of stakeholders analysis for company strategy are assessed at the end of the practical part and steps for more effective achievement of company goals are proposed on the basis of analysis results.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je analýza stakeholderov, ich záujmov a očakávaní v konkrétnom podniku. Teoretická časť práce pojednáva o stratégii podniku a ďalej sa sústreďuje predovšetkým na vymedzenie stakeholderov a určenie ich dôležitosti. Pozornosť je venovaná krokom stakeholderskej analýzy a prínosu, ktorý môže podniku a jeho činnostiam táto analýza priniesť. V praktickej časti práce je predstavená konkrétna spoločnosť, jej stratégia pre vybraný segment výrobkov a následne je v danom segmente vykonaná stakeholderská analýza. Cieľom tejto analýzy je zistiť a analyzovať záujmy a očakávania jednotlivých stakeholderov v tomto segmente výrobkov. Na základe výsledkov stakeholderskej analýzy je v záverečnej časti práce posúdený jej prínos pre stratégiu podniku a sú navrhnuté opatrenia, ktoré by mali prispieť k efektívnejšiemu dosahovaniu podnikových cieľov.
