Abstract:

Téma této diplomové práce vychází z podstaty zpracovat přehledný, ucelený materiál o procesu poskytování dotací z Evropské unie, sponzorských darů, upozornit na jejich složitost a úskalí, se zaměřením na oblast Podkrušnohoří. Prvním dílčím cílem je představení oblasti Podkrušnohoří z pohledu historického vývoje v období 12. století až do období 13. století, v souběhu s popisem a charakteristikou dvou vybraných památek v této oblasti z již zmiňovaného období. Druhým dílčím tématem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit proces získávání dotací z Evropské unie a charakteristika sponzorských aktivit v oblasti Podkrušnohoří. Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je zaměření se na oblast Podkrušnohoří, spojení obou předchozích článků a poukázat na problematiku financování, při snaze zviditelnit tuto oblast, s prioritou zaměřenou na rekonstrukci a obnovu památek.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is based on the clear, comprehensive material on the process of granting subsidies from the European Union, sponsorship, highlighting the complexity and pitfalls, focusing on the area of foothills. The first sub-objective is to present the foothills from the perspective of historical development in the 12th century up to the 13th century, in concurrence with description and characteristics of the two selected sites in this area of the above mentioned period. The second sub-theme of this paper is to describe and evaluate the process of obtaining grants from the European Union and characterization of sponsorship activities in foothills. The main topic of this thesis is to focus on the area of foothills, the connection of the two preceding articles and highlight the issue of financing in an effort to highlight this area with priority for reconstruction and restoration of monuments.
