Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním, profesní přípravou a profesními znalostmi pracovníků v oboru hotelnictví. Pro výzkumné účely této práce byla stanovena jedna hypotéza: Pracovníci, kteří pracují v oboru hotelnictví, mají vzdělání v tomto oboru. This thesis deals with education, professional training and professional knowledge of staff working in the hotel industry. The author formulated a hypothesis that the staff currently working in the hotel industry has previously undergone professional training designed specifically for the field.
