Structure of capital in praxis family business
Abstract:
V práci budu vyhodnocovat průměrné náklady kapitálu zemědělské firmy. Nejdříve představím zkoumanou firmu. Poté následuje vyhodnocení pomocí ukazatelů pro náklady kapitálu. Výsledkem bude zjištění, zda firma efektivně využívá svou strukturu kapitálu porovnáním napříč odvětví zemědělství. V závěru práce navrhnu zlepšení využití kapitálu ve vybrané firmě.
Abstract:
In this work I will evaluate the average cost of capital of an agricultural company. First, I will introduce the researched company. This is followed by an evaluation using indicators for the cost of capital. The result will be to find out whether the company effectively uses its capital structure by comparing across the agricultural sector.
