Tématem překládané diplomové práce je nenásilná komunikace a její užití v podání volnočasových pedagogů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část popisuje volnočasové prostředí, pedagogickou komunikaci v tomto prostředí a koncept nenásilné komunikace. The thesis topic is nonviolent communication and it’s application by leisure educators. The paper is divided into theoretical and empirical part.
