Autor: David Franta Název: Význam motivace zaměstnanců pro růst efektivnosti podniku Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu motivačního systému v konkrétním podniku, prostřednictvím realizace průzkumu dotazníkového šetření ke sběru primárních dat a navrhnout jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy, jako je motivace a demotivace zaměstnanců, hodnocení pracovního výkonu. V praktické části je představena firma Moravia Comfort s.r.o.

Autor: David Franta Název: The importance of motivation for the growth of business efficiency The aim of the thesis is to analyze the incentive system in particular company through the implementation of the survey questionnaire to collect primary data and suggest its improvements. In the theoretical part concepts such as motivation and demotivation of staff, evaluation of job performance are described. In the practical part the company Moravia Comfort Ltd., is presented.
