Abstract:

Názvem této bakalářská práce je: "Edukační proces u pacienta s hlubokou žilní trombózou". Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou, v teoretické části je zaměřuji na to co to vlastně hluboká žilní trombóza je, dále na ošetřovatelskou péči, která bývá nejčastěji na interním oddělení, poté příprava na vyšetření a možné komplikace léčby. Dále se v teoretické části zaměřuji co to je edukační proces, jeho fáze, jak by měla probíhat komunikace mezi sestrou a pacientem a co sestra pozoruje na pacientovi. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní průzkum, zaměřený na edukační proces u pacienta s hlubokou žilní trombózou. Zvolila jsem formu kvalitativního průzkumu, ve které jsem využila polostrukturovaný rozhovor se třemi respondenty. Kdy jsem jako hlavní cíl zjišťovala, jak lidé s hlubokou žilní trombózou změnily svůj životní styl. V práci jsem zjistila, že všichni respondenti změnili svůj životní styl - snížili své tělesné váhy, zvýšili příjem tekutin, jeden respondent přestal kouřit. Ale také museli změnit své zaměstnání, kdy dva respondenti mají částečný invalidní důchod. Dále jsem zjistila, že respondenti užívající Warfarin nedodržují dietní režim. Také jsem v průzkumu zjistila, že lidé po prodělání trombózy mají od lékaře vysazenou hormonální antikoncepci, jen jeden respondent ji stále užívá. Respondenti byli dostatečně edukováni a nejčastějším edukátorem byl lékař, který je edukoval ústní formou. U všech respondentů byly nejčastější rizikové faktory, které vyvolaly toto onemocnění, stejné. Mezi ně se řadí obezita, hormonální antikoncepce, kouření, nedostatek sportovní aktivity, aktivní zaměstnání.

Abstract:

The name of this thesis is: " The educational process in a patient with deep venous thrombosis ." The work is divided into theoretical and practical , in the theoretical part is focused on what it actually is deep vein thrombosis , as well as on nursing care, which is usually the department of internal medicine, then prepare for tests and possible complications of treatment. Furthermore, the theoretical focus of what is the educational process, its phases, as it should be communication between nurse and patient , and what the nurse observes the patient. The practical part consists of qualitative research focused on the educational process in a patient with deep venous thrombosis. I chose a form of qualitative research in which I used semi-structured interviews with three respondents. When I was a main goal examined how people with deep vein thrombosis have changed their lifestyles. At work I found that all respondents have changed their lifestyles - to reduce their body weight , increased fluid intake, one respondent quit smoking. But they also had to change their jobs , when two respondents have a partial disability pension. I also found that respondents fail to comply with Warfarin diet regime. I also survey found that people with a history of thrombosis have planted a medical hormonal contraception , only one respondent used it constantly. Respondents were most frequent enough informatic and educator was a physician who is infrormed orally. All respondents were the most common risk factors that caused the disease , the same. These can include obesity, oral contraceptives , smoking, lack of sports activities , active employment.
