Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Jejím primárním cílem je prozkoumat tento systém odměňování a navrhnout vhodné kroky k jeho optimalizaci. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee remuneration in a selected company. Its primary goal is to examine this remuneration system and to propose appropriate steps to optimize it.
