Práce hodnotí investiční záměr spočívající v robotizaci finančního oddělení z pohledu centra sdílených služeb (SSC, z angl. Shared Services Centre). Zaměřuje se na robotickou automatizaci procesů, která je vysvětlena a srovnána s dalšími aktuálními přístupy jako je systémová integrace nebo outsourcing. The thesis evaluates the investment plan consisting in the robotization of the financial department from the perspective of the Shared Services Centre (SSC). It focuses on robotic process automation, which is explained and compared with other current approaches as system integration or outsourcing.
