Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními problémy zdravotně postižených osob, konkrétně nezaměstnaností, nedostatkem bezbariérových přístupů a diskriminací. V teoretické části jsou tyto sociální problémy popsány a jsou zde uvedena jejich možná řešení, mezi které patří např. rekvalifikace či pracovní rehabilitace. This bachelor thesis deals with the social problems of disabled persons, namely unemployment, the lack of disabled entrances and discrimination. These social problems are described and their possible solutions are listed in the theoretical part including for example retraining or vocational rehabilitation.
